I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit any El Car Wash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please call us at (305) 603-9565.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
