Yes, your unlimited tag number can be found under the barcode located on the windshield of your vehicle, if you are unable to find this number please contact customer support (305) 603-9565.

I have a new vehicle. How do I transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have your pass number, please visit any El Carwash location to transfer a new pass to a different vehicle. If you need your pass number, please call us at (305) 603-9565.
Will I receive a refund after cancelling my plan?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date.
What if I change my mind after I submit my cancellation request?
