What is the refund policy at El Car Wash?
El Car Wash is committed to ensuring all Members are charged correctly for the services provided.
Refunds for Unlimited Membership recharges must meet one of the following criteria:
- The customer completed a cancellation online before the recharge date and has proof via the confirmation email of the transaction.
- The customer completed a cancellation by phone before the recharge date and has proof via the confirmation number provided by an agent.
- The customer completed a cancellation onsite before the recharge date and has proof via a receipt from the transaction.
If a member has redeemed a wash using their Unlimited Membership during a billing cycle, it is not eligible to be considered for a refund.
For any Unlimited Membership, at the point of sale, any new customer is required to agree to the Terms of Service before the account is activated.
Unused Unlimited Memberships have two (2) months (60 days) from the date of transaction to report it to Customer Service.
Any transaction beyond that time frame will not be reviewed for a refund unless reviewed by the main Customer Service office at their discretion.
The maximum refund allowed for unused Unlimited Memberships is six (6) months (180 days) but any refund greater than two (2) months must be reviewed by the main Customer Service office.
El Car Wash does not refund single wash services unless the service was not provided. If you are unsatisfied with your wash, you can request a rewash before leaving the site.
**Refunds will ONLY be processed via the online Rinsed form for requests made at a location**
