Johnny CleAn is now El Car Wash

The Company Now Operates 90 Stores and Doubled Its Footprint in the Last Months

MIAMI, June 3, 2025 —

El Car Wash continues its Florida expansion with the acquisition of Johnny Clean Car Wash, adding five new stores to its portfolio and advancing its dominant position within its core Florida markets. Existing Johnny Clean members will be integrated into El Car Wash’s leading store network and now have access to all facilities going forward.

Newly Acquired Locations

The newly acquired stores are located at the following addresses:

Jacksonville (1)

Orlando (3)

West Palm Beach (1)

When paired with its development pipeline and previously announced acquisition of both Zips’ Orlando area stores and Wash City, El Car Wash now has 25 locations open in Central Florida with many additional openings in the months ahead. Over the last twelve months the company has now added 40 new locations as it both continues to densify its core geographies and expand its reach.
